Youth Ministry
Since the fall of 2003, I have had the opportunity to serve in several differant leadership roles working with youth ministry. From being the youth worship leader, adult leader and even serving 3 years as a youth minister my skills in working with the youth have grown over the years.
In today's environment with so many different social trends, it's very important to be mentoring your youth to be strong in the Word of God. I have worked with teens that have come from diverse family and living environments and different living situations. This is a vulnerable time in which they are trying to fit in and understand who they are. Its been my goal to help them understand who they are in the eyes of God rather than others around them.
