Recently I became aware that you may have a ministry position available and wanted to submit my resume for review. I wanted to give you some information about myself to understand what types of positions I have had in the past that may be able to transition over. First and most important I am a Baptist and hold to the doctrine of our faith.  I would be glad to share my experience and how I’ve come to a deeper stronghold to my convictions as being a Baptist because when it comes to SOUND DOCTRINE, It is critical to us as what is stated in 2 Timothy 4:1-5.

February 2003 I recived Jesus into my life and started my steps forward toward ministry.  While in college at West Liberty State College I served as the Campus Ministry Intern, Director of Campus Crusade for Christ, Led Campus Bible Studies as well as served as Sr. Class President and a Resident Assistant.  I was able to share my faith in Jesus to many during that time and see lives turned over to the Lord.  

While in college I served at Moundsville Baptist Church, WV as a Worship Leader and Adult Leader for the Youth. When I graduated college and Ministry needs grew I accepted the Children’s Minister with the church.  Later in 2009 I started my licensing process into ministry.  Over a 1 year period, I was examined the Sr. Pastor at that time Rev. Thomas Steele, Associate Minister Rev. Ron Price the Deacon Board and the congregation of the Moundsville Baptist Church.  In November 2010 I was officially licensed into the Gospel Ministry.  

From 2011 to 2014 I served as Music Minister and Youth Minister at the Moundsville First Christian Church. I had numerous opportunities to speak at many churches in the area while in this position. 

I do have around 17 years of experience from Children's, College, to Adult Ministries with the various positions that I have held.  In addition to that, I have my BA in Music/Religion and I am working towards my M Div as well. The last 3 years I have been working with the Upper Ohio Valley Baptist Association which is part of the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptist serving as the Associational Administrator providing pulpit supply, media training and support, graphic design, church consultations and helping out in other ministries as needed.  

Outside of the church, I have held many positions that have helped grow my leadership skills. First I served 8 years in the United States Army Reserve as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist. I have a high understanding of the administrative role and guidance of personnel in the workplace from the duties I have held in the Army. 
 
In addition to the Army, I worked for Teletech in Moundsville for over 5 years holding several positions and eventually having the Head of Quality Assurance position with one of their clients, Experian Consumer Direct. When this project came to an end I was offered a supervisor position with another client. The positions that I have had in that time have helped mold me into having a strong desire to lead by example. In addition, I was also an Assistant Manager at Wal-Mart. I decided to leave because it was not working out for my family life and desire to be in worship during the week.
